My Role with Students and Residents at Long School of Medicine, I work with our residents to care for patients admitted to the inpatient medicine service. We work together to manage patients with complex acute and chronic comorbidities. My favorite part of this role is working in a team and helping to educate our house staff and medical students., Three Fun Facts About Me, 1. I wrote a letter to our former president Obama and he took the time to write back. I still have the letter with me today. 2. I am beginning to train for my first half marathon. 3. My Role with Students and Residents at Long School of Medicine, I teach MS1’s the role of kidneys in water and salt regulation and moderate small-group discussions during their renal month. I precept two medical students each year under the longitudinal preceptorship program. I give two lectures to MS3’s during their Medicine Clerkship and work with MS4’s in hospital setting during their renal electives.
