ADPD has always been committed to providing excellent dental care for people with disabilities.
At UT Health San Antonio, Kaur is a faculty member who contributes to teaching, clinical education, research and public health leadership. Nationally, her research focuses on integrating emerging technologies—such as virtual reality and artificial intelligence—into dental education, with a focus on learners and patients with cognitive and developmental disabilities. Through this appointment, she also collaborates with providers across the country on education, community engagement and oral health policy initiatives.
Please join the School of Dentistry in congratulating Dr. Kaur on her appointment! It reflects her growing leadership in special care dentistry and her commitment to innovation, inclusion and interdisciplinary training in oral health care.
